Delete your Lakeer account

Effective date: 28 October 2026

Lakeer is published by Inflyratech Private Limited. You can delete your account and data at any time.

Delete in the app (instant)

• Open Lakeer and go to Profile → Privacy.
• Tap Delete account and data, then confirm.
• Your account and data are deleted right away and you are logged out. Any active auto-renewal is cancelled.

To delete only your palm photos and keep your account, tap Delete my palm photos on the same screen.

Can't open the app?

Email info@inflyratech.in with the subject "Delete my account" from the email you log in with, or include the phone number you log in with. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, birth details, family and partner profiles.
• Palm photos and readings, kundli, tarot, reports and AI Pandit chats.
• Your name and report in any couple match you joined.
• Notification settings and usage limits.
• Your login (phone or Google sign-in link).

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (order ID, amount, date) for up to 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They are pseudonymised: linked to a one-way code, not to your name or account.
• Anonymous analytics and crash data, for up to 14 months.
